This policy explains how Brandonn (“we”, “us”) handles information when you connect a Facebook Page to our Page management and analysis app (“the App”).
Information the App may access
Only information made available through the permissions you approve for a Facebook Page may be accessed. Depending on the features you use, this can include:
- Page name and Page ID;
- Page posts and the content you ask the App to draft or publish; and
- Page and post performance metrics, such as reach and engagement, where available.
The App does not request personal Facebook messages as part of its current Page publishing and analysis features.
How information is used
Page information is used to provide the features you request, including preparing or publishing Page content and summarizing Page performance. If you use AI-assisted features, selected Page content and metrics may be processed by the AI service configured by the operator to produce drafts or analysis.
Storage and retention
This policy page is a static website and has no forms or user accounts. Page information and access credentials are handled in the operator’s working environment to make authorized API requests; they are not collected by this policy website. Information is kept only as long as needed for the requested task and can be deleted by the operator.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell Page information. Information is shared only with Meta to provide the Facebook features you authorize, and with the configured AI or hosting providers when needed to operate the requested feature or this website. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can remove the App’s access through your Facebook settings under Business Integrations. To request deletion of information associated with your Page, email us from the address below and identify the Page and information you want removed. We will verify the request and delete the information we control, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Children and policy changes
The App is intended for people managing business Pages and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when the App’s features or data practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
